Standard Delivery refers to the shipping method with Australia Post after your order has been processed and dispatched. Standard estimated delivery timeframes commence once your order has been forwarded to the courier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We ship internationally via our AusPost partner or DHL Express. Auspost Express has a transit time of 3 business days to 6 business days to deliver across the world. If your order is time sensitive, we recommend selecting DHL Express. For standard international shipping, please allow up to 10-28 working days for your parcel to arrive.
Please note, the delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates supplied directly by the courier and are not guaranteed. Unfortunately, unforeseen delays within the courier’s network may impact the delivery time of your parcel. These delays are outside of Alaía Muse’s control.
PRE-ORDERS
If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will ship once the pre-order item is ready to dispatch.
If your order includes multiple pre-order items, your order will ship on the latest pre-order dispatch date.
Any shipping method selected at checkout applies from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
