Shipping policy

Your order is our top priority and will be en route at the earliest possible opportunity. Our team ships orders daily (excluding public holidays and weekends). 

Please note, during sale, promotional, and peak periods orders may take longer than usual to be processed and dispatched. During these periods, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your order to be processed.

Standard Delivery refers to the shipping method with Australia Post after your order has been processed and dispatched. Standard estimated delivery timeframes commence once your order has been forwarded to the courier.

Online orders are not processed over the weekends or on VIC/AUS public holidays. If your purchase is time sensitive please email us on info@alaiamuse.com

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We ship internationally via our AusPost partner or DHL Express. Auspost Express has a transit time of 3 business days to a maximum of 6 business days to deliver across the world. If your order is time sensitive, we recommend selecting DHL Express. For standard international shipping, please allow up to 10-28 working days for your parcel to arrive.

PRE-ORDERS

If your order includes a pre-order item, your full order will ship once the pre-order item is ready to dispatch.

If your order includes multiple pre-order items, your order will ship on the latest pre-order dispatch date.

Any shipping method selected at checkout applies from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

If you would like to receive available items sooner, please contact info@alaiamuse.com to arrange a split shipment. Additional postage charges will apply.
